Hi there! I’m Paula Richardson, and fitness has been my passion and profession for over 35 years. I’ve had the joy of working with wonderful people in the community and local gyms, helping them achieve their health and fitness goals.
I’m qualified in a wide range of fitness disciplines, including Exercise to Music, Step, TKO, Boxercise, Fitness Pilates, Clubbercise, PIYO, Activation Band, and Aqua, to name a few. I’m also a certified Personal Trainer and a Health, Fitness & Well-being coach.
I love connecting with people through my online classes, which run 7 days a week on Zoom, YouTube, and live in the community. Let’s get moving together!

Clubbercise® is a full-body workout with a banging soundtrack, combining dance, toning, and combat moves to suit all fitness levels.
