“I wanted to say “thank you. “My friend persuaded me to join Clubbercise in August last year.
I don’t like gyms or classes because I am really self-conscious. However, since joining the fitness group online, it has been a revelation!
I am able to plan my week out properly, I get a range of different activities and I feel supported. In the 5 years since I turned 40, I have piled weight on and tried diets but it hasn’t made me feel better. I started HRT in October and the only thing that was making me feel better was attending Clubbercise.
