No more losing half an hour to mindless scrolling. My time’s too precious—I’d rather spend it on things that actually make me happy.

Talking myself out of opportunities
I’m done with the “I can’t” before I even try. If it excites me, I’m saying yes.

All-or-nothing thinking
Perfection? Overrated. Progress is what counts, even if it’s messy.

Waiting for the perfect time
Spoiler: there isn’t one. The right time is now. Action creates momentum.

“I’m not a fitness person”
Labels don’t define me. Movement is for everyone, and I’m finding what feels good for me.
