I Believe Fitness Should Be Fun, Flexible & For Everyone. I don’t just teach classes I build communities.
I’ve been in the fitness industry for over 35 years, and one thing I know for sure is this: fitness should feel good. It should lift you up, meet you where you are, and fit your life – not the other way around.
My journey started at my local leisure centre, where I taught my very first group exercise class. I was instantly hooked. Not long after, I became one of the first people in the UK to complete the Exercise to Music (ETM) qualification – and since then, my career (and my playlist!) has evolved right along with the fitness industry.
While trends have come and gone, my mission has always stayed the same:
To make fitness accessible, inclusive, and enjoyable for everyone.
What I Do
I’m a Group Exercise Instructor, Fitness Presenter, and the proud founder of my own successful online fitness studio, where I teach seven days a week. My classes are streamed across platforms like Zoom and YouTube, and I also run in-person sessions in the amazing community of Howden, East Yorkshire.
I’ve trained in a wide variety of disciplines over the years, including:

- Boxercise
- Fitness Pilates
- Clubbercise
- PIYO
- Activation Band
- Aqua Fitness

I’m also a qualified Health, Fitness & Well-being Coach and Personal Trainer, which allows me to support people not just with workouts, but with long-term lifestyle change.
UPDATE I have started teaching Rhythm and Boots Fitness Line Dancing !! Such fun.
Why I Do It
For me, fitness is about freedom and confidence – not punishment or perfection. It’s about helping people discover what movement works best for their bodies and their lives. Whether you’re a complete beginner or a seasoned pro, my goal is to help you find a routine that works for you — one that you can actually stick to and enjoy.
Consistency is key, and I’m here to help you make exercise a natural, sustainable part of your everyday life. I believe that fitness should empower you, not exhaust you — and yes, I absolutely believe it can be fun too!
Life Outside the Studio

When I’m not teaching or planning classes, you’ll find me at home in Howden, or running around Yorkshire, or being bossed around by my two adorable rescue chihuahuas. I’m also a proud supporter of Hull KR (up the Robins!).
