It’s National Fitness Day—a day to hit “pause” on the daily routines, lace up your shoes, stretch your limbs, and celebrate all the ways movement makes life better. The PR Active Fitness Ethos: Many of you have known me for many years and know the standards I try to ensure my fitness community uphold.
