Hi, I’m Paula – a passionate Group Exercise Instructor and International Fitness Presenter with over 30 years of experience in the fitness industry. From my early days teaching at the local leisure centre to launching a successful online studio, my mission has remained the same: to make fitness inclusive, accessible, and enjoyable for everyone.

As one of the first to complete the Exercise to Music (ETM) qualification, I’ve seen the industry evolve through countless trends—but the power of movement to uplift and transform lives never changes.
