What a Weekend!
I’ve just returned from an unforgettable few days at IFS Blackpool 2026, and I’m still riding the high! From presenting to participating, it was the kind of weekend that fills your cup and reminds you exactly why you love this industry.
Presenting LBT Remix 26
One of the highlights of my weekend was presenting LBT Remix 26 at 8:30am on Sunday morning. Early start… but what an incredible crowd to wake up with!

The room was stunning, the energy was electric, and the people? Absolute legends.
I’ve received so much positive feedback about the class already, and it honestly means the world to me. Thank you to everyone who showed up, moved with me, and brought their best vibes.
All the Sessions… and a HUGE Step Count
Outside of teaching, I threw myself into the full IFS experience.
Every session. Every opportunity. Every moment.
My step count was massive — my legs definitely knew about it, I’ve lost my voice — but the buzz throughout the event carried me through. Fitness, learning, passion, community… it was all there in abundance.
